Lead high-level media strategy for multiple clients; develop creative media strategies, coach account managers, leverage journalist relationships, generate story ideas, and ensure top-tier coverage and client satisfaction without day-to-day execution.

Serve as primary client contact responsible for account results: develop and execute PR strategies, pitch and secure media coverage, write press materials, prepare clients for interviews, build journalist relationships, identify media opportunities, manage expectations, and collaborate with support staff to deliver outcomes.

Support account managers with writing, research, media list building, pitching, and project coordination. Manage CRM/Notion tasks, coordinate outreach logistics, and produce polished drafts for client voice.
