Provides strategic legal counsel to a multi-state healthcare organization on regulatory compliance, healthcare contracting, fraud and abuse risk, privacy, product development, and commercial partnerships. Drafts and negotiates provider, vendor, clinical, technology, and administrative agreements; advises on HIPAA, HITECH, AKS, Stark, CMP, licensing, value-based care, and risk-based models; supports audits, investigations, policies, and cross-functional business initiatives.

The IT Business Analyst gathers and translates business requirements into technical solutions, partners with stakeholders and product owners, manages backlogs and roadmaps, and supports project delivery. The role creates requirements and UAT documentation, tracks software development, coordinates production issue resolution, and administers Genesys Cloud contact center capabilities including routing, IVR, queues, reporting, dialers, and workflows. It also identifies process improvements and serves as a subject matter expert across supported products and programs.
