Manage and support the college's core infrastructure including servers, networking, Wi‑Fi, cloud, storage, firewalls, VoIP, backups, and physical security systems. Participate in projects, incident response, budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensure CJIS compliance and system availability.

Lead and supervise Client Services delivering client-facing IT support, manage helpdesk and endpoint lifecycle, handle escalations, maintain service processes, ensure endpoint security and compliance, manage vendors and budgets, and participate in cross-functional IT projects.
