Former founders will partner with company founders and senior leadership to shape product strategy, technical direction, growth, and operations. Own high-priority projects, solve ambiguous problems, drive execution across engineering, product, design, and GTM, and help scale processes and systems for an AI-native collaboration product.

The Principal AI/ML Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI systems, mentor junior engineers, and ensure model performance and reliability in production environments.

Build and maintain high-quality user interfaces for complex AI products, optimizing performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will design, implement, and optimize NVIDIA CUDA kernels for AI systems, improve GPU memory pipelines, and profile workloads to enhance performance.

Design, build, and maintain TypeScript/NestJS backend services and scalable APIs. Implement event-driven, asynchronous processing with queues and workers, integrate third-party APIs and webhooks, and improve platform reliability through observability, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting. Collaborate cross-functionally, own projects end-to-end, and influence long-term architecture and developer experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript and NestJS. Implement event-driven, high-throughput workflows, integrations, queues/workers, and observability; collaborate across teams and own projects from design to deployment.
