Own end-to-end delivery of client-facing MSP projects, including onboardings, migrations, infrastructure and security rollouts. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, profitability, and change requests across concurrent projects. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate engineering, security, vendors, and client success teams, resolve blockers, and improve delivery processes, templates, and playbooks.

Serve as Tier 3 escalation for an MSP-managed, security-focused practice supporting life sciences clients. Design Microsoft-centric secure architectures (Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints), lead migrations/onboarding, mentor engineers, own root-cause analysis, implement security controls and compliance alignment, and build automation and AI-assisted tooling (PowerShell, Claude) to reduce manual work.
