The Client Growth Manager will enhance client relationships, drive business development, support attorney strategies, and manage marketing initiatives for litigation practice areas.

Represent lender clients on syndicated and asset- and cash-flow lending matters. Draft and negotiate credit, security, intercreditor and real estate documents; handle restructurings, workouts, acquisition and leveraged financings, and manage transactions from structuring through closing.
