Process Development Engineering Interns develop scalable manufacturing processes and test systems for medical devices. They apply chemistry, materials science, and engineering principles to process development, material selection, characterization, quality improvement, and manufacturing implementation. Interns collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and technology teams; maintain process plans and manufacturing instructions; and ensure compliance with process development and quality requirements.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations. Prepare budgets, variance analysis, journal entries, and sensitivity/NPV modeling. Partner with production, engineering and quality to evaluate cost improvements, product integrations and business opportunities. Support month-end close, annual planning, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics.
