Lead the Patient Growth product team to define and execute full-funnel acquisition, activation, and re-engagement strategies. Invent new channels, run rapid MVPs with engineers and marketers, apply AI and ops experiments, and use data-driven insights to scale enrollment and reduce churn for Pomelo’s virtual care.

Lead and implement security engineering controls across the platform: identify real risks, build secure-by-default libraries and guardrails, enforce least-privilege for services protecting patient data, harden developer machines, and partner with compliance to convert requirements into effective technical controls.

Lead technical direction for patient-facing mobile and web products, rapidly prototype and ship features with product/design/clinical teams, mentor engineers, set architecture and development standards, and use AI tools to improve patient engagement, retention, and outcomes.
