Manage the post-sale order-to-cash lifecycle for Anza Advisory Services, coordinating fulfillment, suppliers, warehouses, logistics, invoicing reconciliations, and monthly reporting. Build delivery schedules and cash-flow forecasts, grow and negotiate warehouse/logistics networks, maintain accurate inventory and project documentation in ERPs, and develop reports and dashboards to drive operational improvements.
