Lead end-to-end healthcare SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Coordinate customer IT, clinical, operational, engineering, product, and integration teams; manage project plans, milestones, risks, documentation, KPIs, and technical requirements. Serve as the primary customer contact, drive accountability, support workflow adoption and change management, resolve integration blockers, and ensure smooth transition to support and customer success.
