Design, build, and own scalable data infrastructure for proteomics research and machine learning. Develop production data platforms, automated workflows, cloud infrastructure, pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and integrations with instruments and LIMS. Establish data integrity, lineage, security, and reproducibility standards while partnering with scientific teams. Set technical direction, operate terabyte-scale systems, review designs and code, and mentor colleagues.
