Owns growth and lifecycle marketing for Pear Suite’s Community Health Worker community. Responsibilities include developing acquisition strategies, managing HubSpot CRM campaigns, driving activation and retention, creating social media and educational content, supporting ambassador programs, monitoring performance, and translating community feedback into product insights. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Communications to grow engagement across CHWs, community-based organizations, payers, and healthcare partners.

Supports IT security and compliance programs, including HITRUST, HIPAA, and SOC 2 activities; policy documentation; risk assessments; audit evidence gathering; incident monitoring; and mitigation. Manages employee onboarding and offboarding, access controls, devices, SaaS tools, vendor reviews, GCP compliance documentation, incident response, and change management. Works independently with the CTO in a remote healthcare SaaS startup.

Part-time grant and proposal writer responsible for identifying federal funding opportunities, analyzing NOFOs/RFPs, and producing compliant, persuasive grant narratives and budgets. Manage proposal lifecycle including registrations (SAM.gov, UEI), stakeholder coordination, submission through federal portals, and post-award reporting and audit readiness. Focus on Medicare/Medicaid, CHW programs, rural health, value-based care, and healthcare partnerships.
