The Product Marketing Manager will create messaging for local government technology, drive demand generation campaigns, and guide associate team members. Responsibilities include content strategy, sales enablement, and leading marketing initiatives.

Perform outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns), attend events, and qualify public-sector leads using HubSpot and Gong. Leverage knowledge of government procurement and MEDDIC to generate pipeline and support expansion across new states, reporting to the Head of Business Development.

Drive new enterprise municipal SaaS sales within named accounts, manage long procurement cycles, build executive-level relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure and onboard flagship government clients.

Drive new business revenue selling SaaS to local governments: identify and close deals, manage complex procurement cycles, grow and retain accounts, upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with customer success and marketing, and establish SDLs municipal presence.
