Lead engineering teams to finalize and polish dynamic gameplay and narrative systems, own major subsystems, create technical roadmaps, manage console port/performance work with vendors, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-discipline collaboration to ship high-quality, cross-platform game features.

Lead technical environmental art for a narrative-driven FPS, building modular levels, materials, and lighting in a real-time engine. Collaborate with Art, Narrative, Design, Tech, and QA to implement and optimize themed spaces, troubleshoot pipelines, and support external vendors while improving visual and technical workflows.

Lead community strategy and social channels, engage players and creators, build customer service operations, run email marketing, track analytics and KPIs, support playtesting and campaign operations, and coordinate cross‑functional community and content efforts.
