Administer and configure IndySoft across a national lab network: manage users, templates, equipment profiles, data migrations, integrations (APIs/NetSuite/Salesforce), run SQL queries for data quality, provide user support and documentation, and recommend improvements and automations.

Lead design and rollout of a unified operating system across 32+ branches: analyze branch performance, standardize best practices, define manager rhythms and KPIs, build training/coaching, drive change management, and support acquisition onboarding to deliver measurable operational and EBITDA improvements.
