Provides paralegal and legal administrative support for renewable energy projects, commercial contracts, corporate governance, real estate, regulatory matters, transactions, and legal operations. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, managing contracts and legal databases, coordinating filings and closings, supporting due diligence, processing legal invoices, managing outside counsel records, tracking budgets and deadlines, and assisting attorneys with research and documentation.

Supports renewable energy M&A and project finance transactions through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, cash flow and sensitivity analysis, transaction execution, and investment committee materials. Coordinates technical, legal, and commercial diligence workstreams, assists with debt and tax equity financing, researches market and policy trends, and organizes transaction documentation. The role requires strong Excel-based financial analysis, presentation, writing, organization, and knowledge of renewable energy project development.
