The Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal advice on renewable energy projects, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure compliance and governance for the company's legal operations.

Lead origination and end-to-end development of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage). Own pipeline, land acquisition, permitting, commercial structuring, stakeholder negotiations, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional coordination to deliver bankable projects and mentor the development team.
