Maintain and enhance enterprise COBOL mainframe applications (CICS and large-scale batch), troubleshoot production issues, implement fixes and performance improvements, support on-call activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in modernization and cloud integration efforts while following development standards and documentation practices.

Provide Tier 1 remote service desk support on Mondays: answer inbound calls and tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/network/access issues, document incidents in a ticketing system, identify root causes, and escalate unresolved incidents to higher-tier teams.

Design, deploy, and manage secure Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud and hybrid infrastructure (including GCC High). Administer Intune, AVD, identity (Entra ID), Windows Server, and enterprise networking. Implement security, compliance, monitoring, troubleshoot complex issues, and produce operational documentation and runbooks.
