Own Glimpse’s finance and people operations as its first dedicated HR and finance hire. Responsibilities include accounting and finance operations, payroll, sales tax and compliance, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, and performance management. The role reports to the CEO, works with external accounting partners, and offers a path to build and lead a team as the company scales.
