Individual contributor responsible for driving new merchant growth and transaction volume across an assigned industry vertical. Sources, qualifies, negotiates, and closes enterprise partnerships involving payment, lending, BNPL, point-of-sale financing, or branded card products. Develops tailored commercial solutions, pricing, and proposals; collaborates on onboarding and launch; supports client success; builds ecosystem partnerships; and represents the company at conferences. The role requires strong merchant relationships, financial acumen, executive communication, and strategic sales execution.

The Director of Capital Markets will develop and execute funding strategies, negotiate forward flow purchase agreements, oversee warehouse borrowing base reporting, manage relationships with lenders and investors, analyze loan-level data, and build scalable capital markets infrastructure. The role partners with Credit, Finance, Legal, Operations, and senior leadership to support business growth and reliable liquidity.
