Design, configure, develop, and implement custom and baseline ServiceNow applications. Provide architectural guidance, maintain platform stability, script business rules/client scripts/ACLs/workflows, support rollouts, analyze and improve system performance, collaborate with business and technical partners, and support multiple instances and domains in an Agile/Scrum environment for federal clients.

Own the Scrum process for a federal cloud engineering team: facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, drive sprint planning and demos, refine backlog with the Product Owner, maintain Jira sprint boards, manage SharePoint documentation and ServiceNow ticket integration, support DevSecOps and ATO/security-related stories, report sprint status to stakeholders, and promote agile culture. Requires on-site work in Washington, DC and active federal security clearance.
