Provide overnight remote IT support as the dedicated technical resource: troubleshoot Mac and Windows issues, manage tickets to SLAs, provision devices and accounts, run MDM and network deployments, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain asset inventory and documentation, ensure SOC2/HIPAA compliance, and mentor junior staff.
