Build and own ARB Interactive’s creator and influencer program from zero to one. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting creators, negotiating partnerships, designing incentives and deal structures, managing an always-on creator community, building CRM and tracking systems, and measuring acquisition, registration, redemption, retention, and player value.
