Manage and optimize vendor credentialing and insurance compliance programs. Translate client insurance requirements into platform rules and workflows, review COIs and vendor agreements, track compliance and exceptions, collaborate with Ops/Product/CX/legal and brokers, produce analytics and reports, and enable stakeholders through templates, training, and process improvements.

Manage inbound commercial-insurance support tickets, triage and prioritize issues, escalate to Risk & Compliance, assist customer onboarding and data audits, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and perform generalist startup support tasks.
