Lead FP&A activities including data gathering, financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development. Support budgeting and performance reviews, produce leadership presentations, identify trends/risks, streamline reporting, and supervise one Junior Analyst while collaborating cross-functionally to inform strategic decisions.

Provide front-office administrative support for the wealth management team: manage calendars and phone/visitor interactions, schedule appointments, handle mailings, scan/file documents, track client tasks and workflows, maintain office supplies and appearance, assist client events, and preserve client confidentiality while delivering professional communication.

Support and modernize a cloud-first IT environment, administering Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Intune, managing LAN/WAN/WLAN and firewalls, leading infrastructure migrations and security/governance efforts, and providing office technology support across multiple locations.
