Lead suite-level product strategy to drive enterprise acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value for Everway for Work. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and product teams to translate customer and market insight into aligned roadmaps, metrics, go-to-market plans, and value propositions. Represent the suite externally and mentor product managers across constituent products.

Lead product discovery, define and prioritise requirements and roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Sales, use customer insight and data to inform decisions, monitor KPIs, maintain backlog, and deliver product improvements aligned with business objectives.

Drive new business and expansion within assigned accounts for Everway's IEP solutions. Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate cross-functionally, forecast accurately, support renewals, attend EdTech events, and travel up to 40% to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Define and lead the Identity and Access product strategy and roadmap across Everway: design authentication, authorization, SSO, provisioning, and lifecycle capabilities; drive migration from legacy systems; partner with engineering, security, data, and product teams; prioritise based on customer impact and business outcomes; enable platform self-service, interoperability, analytics, and measurable outcomes.
