Lead site quality activities for aerospace/defense programs including customer quality, supplier quality, AS9100 QMS maintenance, audits, SCAR/8D CAPA management, calibration, quality metrics, and cross-functional support for product and software development.

The role also involves electrical schematic troubleshooting, laboratory equipment use, PLC programming, robotics or automation, and project execution.

Designs, develops, tests, and troubleshoots electrical components, electronic circuitry, and PCB layouts for new and existing products. Supports new product introduction, EMC compliance, manufacturing testing, root cause analysis, FMEA, vendor evaluation, and production issue resolution. Collaborates with manufacturing and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, regulatory, reliability, and schedule requirements are met.
