Provides intermediate-level administrative and executive support to a scientific director and department. Responsibilities include scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, preparing reports, correspondence, minutes, spreadsheets, presentations, expense reports, and executive communications. The role also handles phone calls, supplies and equipment ordering, proofreading, transcription, faculty affairs, and confidential stakeholder interactions while operating with discretion and moderate autonomy.
