Originates hard-money loans for residential real estate investors across fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR segments. Manages full sales cycle, conducts heavy outbound prospecting, qualifies and structures loans, submits 1-2 qualified deals weekly, and collaborates with underwriting, processing, and operations to ensure smooth closings.

The Account Executive will originate hard money loans for residential real estate, manage client relationships, and drive revenue by closing deals. Responsibilities include sales cycle management, loan structuring, and internal collaboration.
