The Director leads the Learning Experience and Design team to innovate and manage instructional design for various educational programs, ensuring quality and adherence to learning principles.

Manage and execute all Center for Bioethics events and educational programs (in-person, hybrid, virtual). Lead planning, vendor and stakeholder coordination, day-of logistics, registration and budget monitoring, marketing collaboration, data collection and reporting, and continuous improvement of event processes and technologies. Serve as primary contact for speakers, vendors, and faculty, and ensure compliance with Harvard policies.

Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for enterprise network services, monitor system health, triage ServiceNow incidents, perform root-cause analysis, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, implement security and compliance controls, coordinate vendor troubleshooting, and document SOPs and configuration standards to maintain reliable network infrastructure.

Manage reunion and leadership giving campaigns; recruit and train volunteer class leaders; cultivate, solicit, and steward five- to seven-figure gifts; plan fundraising events and appeals; analyze fundraising data; conduct ~75 personal visits annually; collaborate across development, donor relations, and alumni teams to advance HBS Fund support.

Lead and supervise audiovisual support operations for classrooms, conferences, hybrid learning, and events across the HMS campus. Provide hands-on troubleshooting, scheduling, ticket triage, escalation management, training, and vendor/contractor coordination. Drive continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, metrics, and technology rollouts to ensure reliable AV services and excellent user experiences.

Administer and maintain research platforms, web-hosted systems, and databases (MySQL/Postgres); support HPC access (Open OnDemand), develop APIs/scripts, implement monitoring, deploy containerized services, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with researchers and IT teams to deliver secure, reliable research infrastructure.

Support and lead Pre-Award initiatives including process mapping, operational analysis, data modeling, KPI assessment, change management, and project management. Develop policies, training and communications, present findings to leadership, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve sponsored research administration.

Support and execute prospect and portfolio management for FAS, optimize fundraising pipelines and moves management, produce reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity in Advance, and provide training and project support to gift officers and leadership.

Lead operational, scientific, and administrative management for a multi-PI research group: coordinate NIH and other grants, manage timelines and compliance (IRB, DUAs, HIPAA), support pre- and post-award activities, liaise with Grants Managers and institutional offices, oversee onboarding/training, and facilitate multi-site collaborations and dissemination.

Lead research operations for CEPR, managing staffing allocation, recruitment/onboarding, compliance (IRB/data use agreements), operational systems and SOPs, and talent development. Develop workflows, maintain compliance calendar, coordinate computing needs, and support project directors to ensure appropriately resourced, documented, and scalable research operations.
