Lead full-cycle recruiting for contract and select full-time engineering and scientific roles, manage staffing agency relationships, partner with hiring managers on talent strategies, conduct screens, manage interview and offer processes, maintain ATS data and metrics, and improve recruiting processes and agency performance.
