Senior executive leading global client coverage and commercial strategy for Global Investment Services. Responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition, cross‑sell, governance, go‑to‑market execution, large/complex relationship sponsorship, incentive oversight, and building a scalable, integrated commercial organization across product verticals and regions while partnering with Product, Risk, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations.

Lead middle-office reporting analyst for CLO/structured finance trusts. Interpret trust indentures, create report specifications, set up payment calculations, reconcile collateral data, perform compliance tests and tax filings, compile periodic payment and tax reports, and coordinate with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.

Provide project finance legal support for Impact Finance, focusing on debt financing for energy and infrastructure projects. Perform due diligence, draft and negotiate financing and project documents, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, collaborate with business teams and external counsel, and drive process and product improvements.

Perform trust reporting and middle-office support for CDO and structured finance deals: interpret indentures, create report specifications, set up payment calculations, reconcile collateral data, run compliance tests, compile payment/tax reports, coordinate payments, and interact with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.

Manage daily fund accounting for mutual funds, ETFs, LGIPs and closed-end funds including GL maintenance, cash and portfolio reconciliations, NAV and mill rate calculations, corporate actions, pricing validations, expense accruals/postings, and collaboration with internal/external partners to ensure SEC and GAAP compliance.

Lead a production operations team supporting Salesforce, nCino, and PrecisionLender. Own incident management, defect triage, system stability, and continuous improvement. Partner with product, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, drive data-driven recommendations, and develop team capability and operational excellence within a banking environment.

Lead and oversee day-to-day financial and compliance operations for ETFs, mutual funds and other registered funds. Monitor budgets, review financial statements and board materials, ensure portfolio compliance with regulations, manage fiscal year reporting, mentor teammates, communicate with investment advisors, and coordinate ad-hoc fund projects including launches, M&A and liquidations.

Lead and participate in identification, design, development and implementation of projects. Interface with internal/external stakeholders, train users, evaluate projects, manage project team performance, and work across a matrixed organization to ensure timely delivery.

Lead go-to-market strategy and market planning for product launches and expansions. Drive segmentation, value propositions, channel strategies, KPIs, and market activation.
