Designs and implements analytical and systems solutions to support CLO operations. Manages mutual fund client relationships, retention, service expansion, fee structures, risk assessments, and sales opportunities. Owns the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, governance, adoption, and lifecycle of data products supporting reporting, analytics, operational decisions, and AI use cases. Partners with business, engineering, architecture, analytics, and governance teams to translate requirements into scalable data products. Leads backlogs, stakeholder alignment, data quality, metadata, lineage, modernization, cloud migration, KPI definition, and continuous improvement across the Investment Services data domain.

Supervise fund administration compliance activities for registered investment companies, including regulatory monitoring, testing, reporting, exception resolution, audit support, and board reporting. Lead and develop staff, approve compliance deliverables, maintain testing documentation, provide regulatory guidance, improve procedures, and support new client or product initiatives. The role requires expertise in mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, investment company regulations, tax rules, and internal controls.

Researches, interprets, validates, and processes mandatory and voluntary corporate actions affecting mutual funds and ETFs. Determines accounting treatment, investigates discrepancies and exceptions, coordinates with custodians and internal stakeholders, maintains controls and documentation, supports audits and training, and identifies process improvements to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for consumer checking products. Drive product discovery, design, development and delivery with cross-functional partners, define OKRs, analyze business data, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate program-level work and benchmarking to achieve customer and business outcomes.

Leads complex, high-risk investment trade inquiries from assessment through resolution. Coordinates Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, relationship teams, and subject-matter experts; communicates client-ready updates; drives root-cause analysis and remediation. Develops playbooks, procedures, escalation paths, training resources, and corrective-action tracking. Uses inquiry trends to recommend process, control, data, training, and technology improvements while ensuring compliance with agreements, laws, regulations, and bank policies.
