Monitors real-time call center queues, agent adherence, staffing coverage, schedules, forecasts, and service levels. Maintains workforce management data, agent profiles, schedules, attendance, and leave records. Produces recurring performance and productivity reports, analyzes operational data, and recommends improvements. Updates procedures, supports multi-skilled teams, and partners with workforce management staff and operational leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Manages workforce forecasting, scheduling, staffing strategy, real-time adherence, service levels, and payroll operations for a global 24/7 multichannel contact center. Configures Genesys Cloud WFM/WEM, queue design, routing, and Architect flows; analyzes workforce metrics; partners with IT, HR, payroll, and operations; and leads administrative staff. The role supports a remote clinical workforce across regions and channels while improving capacity planning and operational performance.

Own full-stack features end to end, including system design, implementation direction, testing, deployment, production operations, and incident response. Use agentic AI to generate code, tests, and reviews while validating quality and security. Build production APIs, data models, authentication, schemas, migrations, and scalable SQL. Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps, and apply secure coding practices. Bonus experience includes RAG, LLM evaluation and observability, or TypeScript frontend development.
