Lead planning, coordination, and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and manage UAT plans, recruit and onboard business testers, track test execution and defects, facilitate triage, manage sign-offs, coordinate test environments/data, report UAT status and release readiness, and support agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Senior in-house attorney advising on federal and state mortgage lending and financial services regulations; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; supporting underwriting and technology initiatives; directing default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and REO processes; managing outside counsel and third-party servicers; collaborating on securitizations, loan sales, and financings; and supporting board governance and entity management while partnering with cross-functional business leaders.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design workflows, support SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), create BRDs and test cases, perform minor system configuration, support QA/UAT, liaise with vendors, and help optimize mortgage loan lifecycle processes (Origination through Post-Closing).
