Senior fundraising professional responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-capacity donors to secure transformational gifts ($500,000+ and seven-figure commitments). Manages a portfolio of 50–100 prospects, develops sophisticated solicitation strategies, leverages data/AI and CRM for portfolio management, mentors gift officers, collaborates across advancement teams, and represents the university at events requiring travel, evening, and weekend participation.

Lead development of operating and capital budgets, long-range financial plans, and quarterly forecasts for the university. Manage a small budgeting team, partner with stakeholders and IT to maintain Workday/Adaptive Planning systems, perform financial modeling and variance analysis, and present results to senior leadership and trustees.

Provide administrative and customer service support in the Registrar's Office. Assist students, faculty, and staff with registration, transcripts, academic records, enrollment verifications, status updates, degree audit clearance, commencement tasks, and general office operations while ensuring accurate, timely processing.

Qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of 125-150 donors to secure annual gifts ($2,500+) and multiyear pledges ($10,000+). Use CRM, data analytics, and AI to prioritize prospects, meet fundraising goals, maintain accurate records, prepare donor materials, collaborate across advancement teams, and support events. Requires travel (10-20%), evening/weekend availability, and relationship-focused solicitation.

Lead program-level delivery of campus physical technology infrastructure projects (network, security endpoints, building-embedded systems). Manage scope, schedule, budget, vendors, governance, and technical coordination while minimizing disruption to campus operations. Provide reporting, stakeholder communication, and change management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative and professional support to the VP and AVP, manage complex calendars, communications, budgets, events, and divisional operations; prepare reports and presentations; maintain electronic filing; supervise student/temporary staff; reconcile expenses and support divisional communications and newsletters.
