Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel, expenses, meetings, events, presentations, confidential information, and executive follow-up. Coordinates across investors, portfolio companies, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining organizational systems and trackers. The role also supports special projects and seeks to improve workflows through AI and automation.

Build and deploy production AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, multi-model and multi-agent systems, backend APIs, and integrations for construction workflows. Develop with Python, AWS, Databricks, FastAPI, and LangChain; implement ETL, vectorization, monitoring, LLMOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, site AI engineers, and data scientists while owning systems through design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Provides legal and compliance guidance to California regional operations, negotiates complex construction agreements, manages claims and outside counsel, drafts contract-related correspondence, delivers legal training, and supports risk mitigation. The role partners closely with operations and leadership and requires regular visits to regional project sites.
