The GNC Research Engineer will design and analyze next-gen weapon systems, manage engineering tasks, and communicate technical findings while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Design, specify, develop, and test precision analog and power electronics (SMPS, BMS, DC/DC, low-noise conditioning, analog front ends). Perform SPICE simulations, verify models, create PCB schematics/layouts, test and validate hardware, identify and mitigate system-level risks, lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and support proposal and business development activities.

Design, develop, simulate, layout, build, and test electronic hardware and PCBs. Translate system requirements into hardware architectures, prepare manufacturing documentation, support prototype debugging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while independently driving projects to completion.

Lead design, specification, simulation, layout, verification, and testing of precision analog and power electronics (SMPS, BMS, dc/dc, motor controllers, wireless power, radiation-hardened designs). Drive architectures, mitigate system risks, support proposals, mentor teammates, and manage cross-functional technical efforts through product lifecycle.

Designs, develops, tests, and readies mixed-signal PCBs and electronic systems (analog/digital, sensors, motors, radar/nav). Owns architecture, simulations, layouts, prototype build/test, manufacturing documentation, cross-functional coordination, mentoring, and proposal support for defense-focused microelectronics projects.

Lead digital hardware architecture, design, and verification of high-reliability processor/FPGA boards and low-power electronics. Build, debug, and test prototypes, prepare manufacturing documentation, mentor junior engineers, support proposals, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-ready solutions.

Design, specify, develop, and test power system architectures and miniature power conversion hardware. Perform circuit simulation, PCB schematic/layout, system modeling, risk mitigation, and verification. Act as SME on radiation‑hardened designs, battery management, motor controllers, and switched‑mode converters. Contribute to proposals, mentor junior engineers, and communicate status to leadership and customers.

Lead design, development, and verification of high-reliability digital electronics and FPGA/processor boards. Define hardware architectures, build and test prototypes, prepare manufacturing documentation, mentor junior engineers, and support proposals and business development for harsh-environment, mission-critical systems.
