Sell payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses by sourcing leads, building referral relationships, qualifying prospects, managing the sales process in CRM, educating clients on best practices, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Perform outbound prospecting and qualify leads by phone, schedule appointments, prepare presentations, maintain and improve CRM pipeline, expand existing accounts, and transition into a commissioned sales role focused on closing deals and generating revenue.
