Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure technical success of strategic IoT accounts: analyze customer architectures, drive optimizations and expansions, lead technical discovery/demos, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and translate technical recommendations into business outcomes while feeding product and engineering insights back into the company.

Operate as the sales operations backbone for US and EU/UK teams: administer and optimize Salesforce, build multi-region dashboards in Looker/Superset, standardize/adapt sales workflows, drive kaizen improvements, coordinate async via Slack, and translate multi-currency pipeline data into actionable insights for leadership.

Conduct outbound phone and email prospecting, qualify inbound leads, manage lead flow in Salesforce, set qualified discovery calls for sales, meet monthly goals, and collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute territory-based campaigns.
