Manage a regional portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal. Drive product adoption, customer value, retention, and expansion by developing success plans, monitoring customer health, conducting reviews, supporting renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, resolving escalations, and sharing feedback with Product. Build and operate secure AI platforms, agent workflows, and reusable automation patterns. Embed security into SDLC and PDLC through threat modeling, scanning, secrets detection, supply-chain controls, and automated reviews. Develop AWS identity, network, access, and infrastructure guardrails, including zero-trust and privileged-access automation. Own production services, monitoring, incident response, and on-call support while partnering with teams across the company to enable secure self-service workflows.

Lead and grow the Americas Customer Success team, coaching CSMs, establishing scalable playbooks and operating cadences, improving adoption and customer health, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales, Renewals, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product. The role combines people leadership with hands-on management of strategic customer relationships and requires technical fluency in network automation or infrastructure tooling.

Coordinates field, event, and partner marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, regional events, sponsorships, and co-marketing campaigns. Manages stakeholders, vendors, venues, budgets, logistics, communications, and on-site execution. Supports marketing reporting and metrics covering registrations, attendance, campaigns, and events while collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and external partners.

Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Foundations platform team, owning authentication, authorization, SSO, secrets management, tenancy, and core platform services. Design APIs, drive services through launch, make technical decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers without formal management authority. Partner with engineering and product leaders to align execution with priorities.

Lead and scale strategic technology alliances with top partners (Cisco, Red Hat, Nvidia, HPE, Arista, Itential). Drive executive access, joint go-to-market programs, route-to-market placements, partner integrations, and KPI-driven alliance governance while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing globally.
