Leads technical accounting and external financial reporting, including SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q, statutory reporting, lender reporting, SOX compliance, and complex transaction assessments. Partners with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, auditors, and business leaders on earnings materials, disclosures, accounting pronouncements, controls, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Oversees reporting quality, U.S. GAAP compliance, audit coordination, and scalable accounting processes.
