Build, launch, QA, monitor, and optimize email and SMS lifecycle campaigns and automated patient journeys in ActiveCampaign. Manage segmentation, triggers, personalization, suppression, tracking, reporting, testing, CRM hygiene, and campaign documentation. Troubleshoot automation and data issues, analyze funnel performance, maintain the lifecycle calendar, and partner with cross-functional teams on marketing technology, analytics, and a potential CRM migration.

Owns sales enablement materials, health plan sales support, commercial contracts, events, Salesforce workflows, pipeline tracking, RFP coordination, and LinkedIn content. This cross-functional role manages multiple stakeholders and deadlines while improving commercial processes, supporting growth initiatives, and creating executive-ready presentations and proposals. The position is fully remote and requires strong organization, visual storytelling, CRM experience, and independent execution in a fast-moving healthcare startup.
