Lead a global Digital Workplace organization delivering end-user support, device lifecycle, collaboration and conference-room technologies. Lead engineering, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 collaboration, identity, and endpoint platforms. Serve as Tier 3 escalation, design secure scalable solutions, manage hybrid identity and SaaS integrations, automate via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, support Intune/Autopilot endpoint lifecycle, partner with security, produce operational metrics, documentation, and mentor support teams.
