Supports commercial real estate portfolio and asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, valuation, financial modeling, market research, transaction execution, and executive reporting. Builds Excel and ARGUS models, analyzes portfolio and property performance, and prepares investment committee materials. Serves as a Generative AI and LLM subject matter expert, developing AI-enabled workflows for underwriting, lease abstraction, reporting, research, and investment analysis while ensuring output quality, privacy, and confidentiality.

Provides Level 1 support for Yardi Voyager and other business applications by managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, handling access requests, and escalating complex cases. Uses AI tools to assist with triage, identifies recurring patterns, creates documentation and self-service resources, and supports automation and system updates. The role also assists with user training, testing, data validation, and knowledge-base maintenance.
