The Customer Success Manager will lead key account relationships, manage a team, drive business outcomes, and enhance client satisfaction focusing on retention and expansion.

Own a portfolio of 5–10 enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a strategic advisor, deliver executive-level reviews, track KPIs, identify risks and growth signals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to realize measurable ROI.

The Controller will manage accounting functions, ensure rigorous financial reporting, lead team efforts, support NetSuite implementation, and establish audit readiness through strong controls.
