Own Nivoda’s net-new customer acquisition and demand generation strategy as a hands-on individual contributor. Manage Google and Meta campaigns, develop scalable paid and organic channels, run account-based programs, and use value-led content and tools to generate qualified jeweller leads. Partner with data, GTM engineering, and SDR teams to improve attribution, conversion, and revenue measurement. Test, scale, or discontinue initiatives based on performance, with potential to build and lead a future growth team.

Own Nivoda’s social media strategy, content calendar, campaigns, newsletter, and community presence. Develop compelling stories and short-form copy, repurpose major content into social-first assets, coordinate designers and video partners, and connect campaigns across social, email, events, and other channels. Track performance, use data to optimize content, and build efficient processes within a fast-moving remote marketing team.

Own Nivoda’s product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, website narratives, pricing and packaging communication, and customer research. Partner closely with product, growth, sales, demand generation, and content teams to create consistent messaging that drives adoption among independent jewellers. This hands-on senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to build a product marketing function over time.

Lead end-to-end product design for Growth surfaces: run experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and monetisation; design lifecycle and referral flows; maintain the design system; run lightweight user research and A/B tests; collaborate closely with PMs and engineers; mentor junior designers and apply AI-assisted design tools.

Own end-to-end growth features across the stack (TypeScript/Node.js backend, React frontend) to drive acquisition, conversion, retention and monetisation. Design architecture, run A/B experiments, instrument metrics, use AI-assisted tools in engineering workflows, mentor juniors, and iterate rapidly with PMs and designers.
