Lead the PEO transition, establish contingent workforce administration, manage the Canadian EOR relationship, and build scalable processes and reliable reporting across HRIS, payroll, compensation, and employment data.

Lead a portfolio of 50-75 mid-market Texas school districts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage onboarding, run multi-stakeholder discovery, execute churn mitigation playbooks, deliver training and scalable materials, and mentor junior CSMs while meeting revenue and churn KPIs.
