Monitor and reconcile transactions across ACH, RTP/FedNow, and card networks; triage and resolve payment exceptions, chargebacks, and settlement discrepancies; run SQL queries and build volume/limit projection models; communicate with sponsor banks and clients; maintain tracking of open operational items and document processes to support automation.

Own the full-cycle B2B SaaS sales process for Astra’s fintech payments platform, from prospecting and outbound strategy through contract close. Build consultative relationships with stakeholders, manage pipeline and forecasting, uncover customer needs, and communicate product value. Collaborate with Integrations, Engineering, Compliance, and leadership on sales execution, onboarding, product feedback, and go-to-market strategy. The role is remote-first within the U.S. and requires up to 25% annual travel.

Provide frontline technical support for API integrations and payments: own and resolve inbound tickets, triage and escalate appropriately, meet SLAs, document runbooks, monitor trends, and communicate clear technical guidance to clients while helping build support processes.

Lead and scale Astra's finance function: set financial strategy, capital planning, FP&A, treasury and settlement operations, accounting controls, fundraising and investor reporting, payments economics modeling, and build a finance team and processes to support rapid growth.
