Supports customer engineering requests, water treatment and sustainability initiatives, product testing, certifications, standards activities, modeling, technical reporting, and cross-functional R&D and quality investigations. Requires customer-facing engineering expertise, technical analysis, product validation, and knowledge of HVAC, cooling technologies, water treatment, and thermal systems.
