Creates and maintains technical documentation for manufacturing processes, equipment operation, maintenance, safety protocols, SOPs, and work instructions. Collaborates with engineering and production teams to validate information, translate complex technical concepts into accessible content, develop visual aids, ensure compliance with standards and quality policies, and manage documentation projects. Supports continuous improvement by documenting best practices and lessons learned.

Maintains engineering Bill of Materials and product configuration data within PLM systems. Processes engineering changes, manages product variants, options, dependencies, and pricing-related configuration updates. Coordinates with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Service teams to ensure accurate product structures and documentation. Performs data audits, generates reports, resolves configuration issues, and contributes to PLM process and data governance improvements.

Lead on-site execution of multiple high-value projects, overseeing load-in, installation, commissioning, and demobilization. Ensure safety/HSE compliance, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate clients/contractors/vendors/engineering, mentor Major Projects team, and travel across North America (40–60%).
