Senior actuarial role in P&C consulting providing technical leadership in pricing, reserving, or capital modeling. Validate and sign off model outputs, oversee complex analyses, translate actuarial judgment into model requirements, present findings to senior stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development.

Lead and manage supply chain operations engagements: develop hypotheses, run analyses and modeling, synthesize insights into presentations, manage small teams (2–4), support partners on delivery, and help develop proposals and client relationships. Design intuitive user experiences for internal analytics applications: create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive Figma prototypes; build reusable components; collaborate with product managers and developers; support developer handoff and maintain design consistency across platforms.

Manage and grow a portfolio of surety clients, lead reinsurance placements end-to-end, run client meetings and renewals, train and mentor staff, liaise with legal/actuarial/accounting/claims, and collaborate across broking teams to develop surety opportunities.

Lead corporate FP&A activities including automated BI dashboard development, monthly expense reporting, forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, AI-driven automation projects, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior analysts to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Manage early-tenured and mid-level consultants (0–6 years) including scheduling, performance management, staffing, career development, training, morale, and employee experience initiatives. Collaborate with Partners, Talent Managers, and Employee Relations to assemble teams, remediate issues, monitor work-life balance, and lead strategic HR projects to improve retention and development.
